This Privacy Policy describes how SynaRoot LLC, operating SynaOps, collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: 2025.
What we collect
Name, email, business name, business type, operational workflow descriptions, and onboarding responses. We do not collect patient health information (PHI) of any kind.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe). We do not collect PHI. We do not collect biometric data.
How we use your data
To provide the SynaOps platform, generate your Operational Health Score, power AI workflow analysis, and send transactional emails about your account.
Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Third party services
Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and OpenAI (AI analysis — your workflow descriptions are processed by OpenAI's API).
Your rights
Export your data at any time from Settings → Data and Privacy. Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Data and Privacy. Email karen@synaroot.com with any data requests.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security is enforced on every database table. Access is logged and auditable.
