These Terms of Service govern your use of SynaOps, a product operated by SynaRoot LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use SynaOps for any illegal purpose, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written permission from SynaRoot LLC.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All charges are processed by Stripe. All subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation after the billing date does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period.
Trial period
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. A valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends your card will be charged.
Acceptable data
SynaOps does not process or store patient health information (PHI). You agree not to upload PHI to the platform.
Limitation of liability
SynaRoot LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SynaOps shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SynaRoot LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SynaRoot LLC is registered.
